Wind Mitigation Reports (exp. Feb-June 2025)

After the last roof-replacement operation, we had independent inspectors come through and certify all 32 buildings for compliance with code and wind resistance.  These reports are available for download and printing or e-mailing to your insurance company to certify to them that your roof meets the criteria for a reduction in your household insurance rates.

Select your building from the list below, "Save As" the .PDF file and print it or e-mail it to your insurance company.

All buildings now have new reports from Feb-June 2020 and should be sent to your insurance carrier so that they can update their records (and possibly reduce your premium).
